Also installed the Winpc sign software but no setting botton to be found so I could set up the plotter. filte never shows up so their was no step by step to be followed. I also have the driver disk that came with it but that won't install with no exe file

I 'm trying to get the software for redsail RS720C plotter to work with Windows xp and using artcut software that came with it but i Don't have a rs232 board in my system so i went and got a usb rs232 to hook it up but that won't work.
